A smaller bowl for our smaller friends … Alessi presents "Lulà" from designer Miriam Mirri. Lulà doesn't look anything like a wolf but he occasionally feels like one as he finds himself howling at the full moon from the mountaintop.

The Lulà Dog Bowl with lid in thermoplastic resin and mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel, protects our furry friend's food and also prevents him from eating all day. Available in Red, Green or Black.

Designer: Miriam Mirri

Miriam Mirri was born in Bologna in 1964. She lives and works in Milan. She graduated at the Superior School for Anotomic Design and studied communication and design at the Universita del Progetto in Reggio Emilia. Mirri worked in London with Nigel Coates and has been assistant to Stefano Giovannoni for many years. She designs objects for companies such as Mandarina Duck, Mitsubishi and United Pets. She also holds design courses at the Universita del Progetto in Reggio Emilia.

Alessi is a family owned Italian design company, founded in 1921. Giovanni Alessi, a talented sheet metal worker, produced items by hand for the table and home out of copper, brass and nickel-silver. He was later joined by his son Carlo who was responsible for many of the designs produced in the 1930s and early 1940s. In the mid 1940s Alessi began to work with outside designers. The current Alessi catalog is the result of a collaboration with over 500 designers from all over the world.
