The Op-La Tray Table is a table and tray in one. Remove the handled tray to serve, then return it to its position on the frame for use as a table top.

Alessi's versatile, simple and functional JM12 Op-La Tray/Table has a stainless steel base and is now available with a Dark Grey, Light Blue or White plastic top.

Jasper Morrison is one of today's most influential industrial designers. He is renowned for his elegant and straightforward style. Born in London in 1959, Morrison studied at the Royal College of Art in London. He pursued further studies at the Hochschule der Künste in Berlin on a fellowship. In 1986 he founded his own design studio in London.

Jasper Morrison became a leading figure of "New Simplicity", a movement that advocated a more modest and also more serious approach to design. In addition to furniture, he has also created lamps, home accessories, textiles, a tram system for the city of Hanover, Germany, and a bus shelter for the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein.

Alessi is a family owned Italian design company, founded in 1921. Giovanni Alessi, a talented sheet metal worker, produced items by hand for the table and home out of copper, brass and nickel-silver. He was later joined by his son Carlo who was responsible for many of the designs produced in the 1930s and early 1940s. In the mid 1940s Alessi began to work with outside designers. The current Alessi catalog is the result of a collaboration with over 500 designers from all over the world.
