The white face of the Extra Normal clock contains a laser cut opening which is equivalent to the hour hand. As it turns, the "hand" reveals a portion of the number marking each hour. The face also has a minute and second hand. Offered in White or Black.

Excellent, nicely designed and constructed.
Though a bit small overall, the design and construction of the clock is excellent. The provided "stand" was unexpected but works well and is unobtrusive in a way that does not detract from the simple design.

Elegant Design
I love the minimalistic look of this clock (I have the black version). Like what others have already said, it is very well made, and it feels very sturdy. One thing I should mention though, my clock was misaligned when I received it. I had to take it apart and manually adjust the face plate (took me maybe a couple of minutes).

Simply Beautiful!
This clock is very well made and materials are top notch. I get compliments about it all the time just sitting there beautifully on my office shelf. This clock does come with a small plastic foot stand (almost invisible) if you just want to have it sit by itself with out rolling away.
Herman Miller's 3D Intelligent back material is a seating technology designed for the SAYL™ Chair. The 3-dimensional mesh-like suspension material is stretched from the Y-Tower at the back of the chair just as cables are stretched from the towers of a suspension bridge. The tension is greater in the transition areas, from the thoracic to the lumbar regions and between the lumbar area and sacrum. "Hinge points" allow these areas to flex and support the healthy, forward rotation of the pelvis. At the same time, less tension in other parts of the back encourages a full range of seated movement.
