Defying the gadgetry that abounds today, the Braun AB7 is simple in its functionality, stylish in its bearing. No bells and whistles, just dependable timekeeping in a trim package. The AB7 features a top switch alarm with on/off function, quiet quartz movement, and that bright yellow sweep second hand that is an iconic hallmark of this clock series. Offered in Black.

Braun clock designs from the early 1990's, including the AB5 Quartz Alarm, were discontinued by Braun in 2005. This classic timepiece from designer Dietrich Lubs is re-released and just as functional as ever with original tooling and details. A great tableside clock and superb gift.

Designer: Dietrich Lubs

Born in Berlin in 1938, Dietrich Lubs studied ship building and later worked as a designer at Braun. In 1962 he began working for the design department of Braun, then led by Dieter Rams. He was responsible for the graphic design of products and also participated in creating them. Dietrich Lubs has shaped many pocket calculators, clocks and watches for Braun, all notable for their geometric lines and functionality.
