The circular handle of the Loop Rattle is just big enough for tiny fingers to grab through. Great for gripping, shaking and rhythm making, each rattle is packaged in a turquoise blue suede pouch for handsome gift presentation and heirloom preservation. Noel Wiggins is the founder, president, and artistic director of Areaware. Noel graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art.
