La Couronne, "the crown", is an airy chandelier masterfully designed from two pieces of shiny, thin copper foil material. The reflective vertical strips around the two-tier lamp luminously display a burst of color and dimension, while the dome shape resembles the regal chandeliers of stunning palace ceilings.
An optional electrical cord & socket set can be included for use with a 60-watt lamp. This optional upgrade is offered with a Textile or Rubber Cord and is for plug in only.

Dutch Artist Paula Arntzen, born in 1980, is currently working in Arnhem where she has her own design studio. Arntzen studied traditional furniture making at HMC in Amsterdam before she studied Product Design at ArtEZ Academy of the Arts in Arnhem. Paula's designs represent a combination of lightness, color and monumental shaping.
