Based on the L-leg, these rectangular tables were widely adopted as the "perfect" kitchen table in the 1940s. They are still in production, offering versatility and quality construction. The Artek Tables feature angular table top surfaces with L-leg four corner support beneath. Select from six models and three table top surface materials below.
Artek's Table series was designed by Alvar Aalto in 1935. From the furniture collections of Artek, one of the most innovative contributors to modern design, building on the heritage of founder Alvar Aalto.

Designer: Alvar Aalto
(1898-1976) Born in Kuortane, Finland. Thanks to his original style and unique talents, Alvar Aalto is one of the greatest names in modern architecture and design. During his career, he designed many buildings in different parts of the world: concert halls, libraries, hospitals, museums, and private homes, including the Villa Mairea. His furniture and lamps, often starting out as a part of the buildings he designed, are produced together with Finnish Artek.
