Mare Romance's separate cushions lend this sofa a slight air of nonchalance. Clearly identifiable as a member of the Mare family, it has its own individuality. Effortlessly comfortable.
The series' 3-Seater Sofa includes two loose back cushions and the slim polished stainless steel legs that define Mare and its extended series. As an optional upgrade, side panels covering the arms and base can be upholstered to the ground.
Select from an extensive palette of hundreds of fabric and leather upholstery options and optional upholstery extension upgrade.

Designer: René Holten
René Holten is a graduate of the Design Academy in Eindhoven. His first design for Artifort was the DoDo in 1997, which immediately won the prize for best Dutch Furniture Design in 1998. Holten likes the sober, clean lines of Artifort seats and sofas, and his designs are a true fit. His design, the Lotus, received the award for Good Industrial Design in 2009. And his Mare & More Mare sofa series is a favorite in many living rooms.
