The Seven Chair is more, with deep seating, thick cushions and tapered arms and feet. Robust, yet elegant. The stitching on the upper side of the back accentuates the curve of the backrest. Soft on the inside while sleek and cool on the outside. Its simple, understated design makes the Seven ideal for contract use and the home. Also available, the coordinating Seven Sofa.
Seven's legs are polished aluminum. Select from an extensive palette of hundreds of fabric and leather upholstery options.

It was when Michiel van der Kley became acquainted with the design of the 1920's — the likes of Bauhaus and Mackintosh — during his study of history that he decided to become a designer himself. He has been working for manufacturers at home and abroad since 1987, including Artifort. Van der Kley produces designs with a great eye for detail, from which he believes that the object derives its individuality.
