Looks great but smaller than I thought...

The delivery of this product was somewhat inconvenient. ABF did a good job calling to schedule an appt, but their idea of an appointment is a 9 hour window! Having said that...once we received the product it was missing the screws. We contacted customer service at once and after much convincing, they agreed to overnight the screws to us. Unfortunately the overnighted the screws to the WRONG address. Not sure how this could happen since we emailed the address, they had delivered the crate to our address, and it is our billing address. Bottom line, we didn't get the screws till over a week later. As for the actual furniture, it appears to be high quality materials and it looks very nice. It is unique and that is what we wanted.

After they left college and began to furnish their first homes, they didn't like the furniture they could afford and couldn't afford the furniture they liked. Determined to do something about it, Blu Dot was born in 1997.
Blu Dot creates products that are useful, affordable, and desirable with a design process founded on total collaboration between pencil and paper, materials and machines, even packaging and assembly.
