Did not know I would have to build the $800 desk.

Now that the desk is assembled and the bottom drawer "tweaked" I love it. We had to drill the holes in the front of the file drawer higher in order to move the metal faceplate up so that the drawer shut completely, otherwise the bottom edge of the drawer scraped the desk opening and the drawer would slide open and not stay shut. The colors I picked for the drawer fronts were true to the depictions on the order page so I am pleased. My disappointment when this product was delivered was seeing it arrive in a flat box and a smaller box (containing the assembled drawers). I had to wait for help because it takes 2 people to build it.
