Took a while to get it right, but it was worth it

The lamp came defective the first time. Apparently some are glued together incorrectly, so the parts don't tightened the way they suppose to. When the replacement lamp came, we thought it suffered the same symptom as the original one, since the nut was really hard to turn. But after putting both lamps side by side and playing around with them again over a weekend, we were able to make the replacement lamp work. They look great, and we love the look. The quality could have been better. The lamp shade has some glue drips on it. Even though they're not noticeable, it tells about the quality and attention to details that go into making the lamp. The customer service rep I dealt with was awesome and very helpful, which make the frustration less than could have been.
