Horizon 4-Door Cabinet
Calligaris is contemporary Italian home design. Founded by Antonio Calligaris in 1923, this family-run company fuses its roots in wood craftsmanship - the trade that launched their first chairs decades ago. From that artisan birthplace of tradition, style and quality, Calligaris has traveled a long road leading to the use of the most innovative technologies available and expanding to new mediums - from plastics and glass to metal, textiles and leather. Today, the Calligaris range of distinctive collections includes chairs and stools, dining and occasional tables and bedroom-lighting furnishings. Calligaris works with care, passion and creativity to bring into being the best of Italian design, making high quality products at an accessible price.
Calligaris products are designed for everyday use with an eye to satisfying the living needs of today's homes. The company produces intelligent, functional products that are highly affordable, user-friendly and can adapt to differing styles. Designs stem from the analysis of form and function, from experimentation in construction and materials, and by continuous innovation. An ongoing collaboration with leading designers, new talents and an in-house R&D team allows the company to develop solutions answering the distinctive and changing needs of modern home and work spaces.
Calligaris holds quality of material and design among the most important of its company values. Their product quality is the result of a careful selection of materials and direct supervision of processes carried out by suppliers. In 2006, Calligaris obtained the prestigious Forest certification from the Forest Stewardship Council. And in 1997 they became one of the first Italian furnishing companies to obtain ISO 9001 quality certification for its entire organization and production system. That's Calligaris. Beautiful yet practical, original yet affordable and backed by a thorough commitment to quality.
