Björk Stools
Overview
Design by Lena Bergström, 2011.
By Design House Stockholm.
Getting her inspiration from the birch tree and its rough black and white trunk when creating the beautiful Björk Stools, Lena Bergström designed a stool that can be grouped together for an informal seating area, or placed around the home where extra seating is needed. The color tones of the Björk Stool create a marbled effect through a warp of cotton intertwined with a weft in wool, known not only for its softness, but also for its built-in resistance to soiling thanks to its natural oils. The Björk Stools are available in two heights (14" or 18" high) and two colors (Light Grey or Dark Grey).

Quality did not meet my expectation
By: C.C., Homeowner (Tenafly, NJ)
I purchased two Bjork Stools, 14" and 18". The 14" was good. The 18" came with major flaws:it was slanted to one side and the fabric was not stretched properly. YLiving replaced it with another 18", but the replacement was also flawed: the filler inside was uneven as if it were dented. I requested a replacement of 14" instead of 18". The 14' replacement was fine. Overall I was disappointed at the quality of the item. It was not as sturdy or as well made as I had expected. However, YLiving's customer service was superb; it was a pleasure dealing with them despite it was a complaint.
Superior Stability and Style
By: Brooke, Homeowner (Deerfield)
The Bjork Stool is both stylish and functional. It may look unassuming, but it makes a nice statement in any room. I have two in my master bedroom, one as a bedside table and one as a stool. I am very happy with the quality of this product!
Bjork Stools are versatile.

Bought 2 low stools in light gray and they are perfect for in front of the sofa. Act as ottoman, coffee table and extra seating. Good service from YLiving.
Perfect stool for living room!
By: Ian S., Renter (los angeles, CA)
This stool is not only very stylish, but is also well-crafted and sturdy. We use it in our living room to sit on while at the computer, next to the couch with guests and it doubles as an ottomon. Highly recommended!
