Love the etched base - sits firmly upon your table. Very thin, sleek, yet bulbous ;) I purchased a kewl Dorothy Thorpe Roly Poly glasses and these Globe glasses are a great complement to fill out the set for a larger gathering. Or for sitting on my display shelf looking very Don Draper.

Born in Stockholm, 1938. Ulla Christiansson studied furniture design and interior design at the University College of Arts, Crafts & Design in Stockholm and is a member of SIR (the Swedish Interior Architects' Association). In addition to being a renowned and well-represented designer in Sweden, Ulla Christiansson's architectural and interior design work is in great demand internationally among banks, embassies and hotels (her portfolio includes the Swedish Embassy in Beijing.) Ulla's philosophy is to create furniture for people who like to live with things for a long time.
