The Mañana Floor Lamp seems to have escaped from a comic strip, an insolent caricature leaning against the wall, just waiting for someone to turn it on. A pencil-thin steel frame with a personality of its own and a lampshade that can adjust its gaze sideways. Includes dimmer foot switch.

The lamp arrived safely and packaged well. It was easy to put together. The texture of the material is great, as is the dark grey color. It's larger than I expected, but I was pleasantly suprised by that. It even shipped with a bulb! I'm very happy with my purchase.
Adds light and a bit of whimsy in dark corner of our great room.

Received product very quickly (shipped from Wisconsin). Unable to assemble neck due to stiffness of wiring from cold weather. Called YLiving and CSR was very nice and suggested letting lamp warm up a few hours. Still needed a second set of hands to feed wire out bottom but only took a few seconds to get the neck together. Only needed to feed about 1/4" of wire to get neck to seat. Wire itself is of very heavy gauge which contributed to its stiffness when cold. Note that the instructions call for attaching the upper neck of the lamp to the wall using a small hook provided. I have not used the hook thus far with no problems but this might be an issue if you have dogs or children. After several known impacts with our Roomba the lamp has stayed upright. Light output is good and the dimmer switch is very useful. Would highly recommend.
