Care & Fair

Founded in 1994, Care & Fair is an initiative that works actively against illegal child labor and in support of workers in the rug-making industry in India, Pakistan and Nepal.

Care & Fair is an association of over 450 companies committed to creating better living conditions and improving the educational prospects of children in rug-manufacturing areas. Each member donates one percent of the value of its rug imports to funding schools, training projects, hospitals and Care & Fair health programs.
