Born 1970, in Karstula, Finland, Harri Koskinen graduated from the Institute of Art and Design in Helsinki. His highly acclaimed Block Lamp was an immediate hit when it was introduced in 1996. Among his clients Harri can list Marimekko, Magis, MUJI, Swarovski, and many others.
Harri was awarded the prestigious Torsten and Wanja Söderberg prize at The Röhsska Museum of Fashion, Design and Decorative Arts in 2009.
