"I design objects which people like to touch and use. I specialize in designing cutlery, accessories and writing utensils. My aim is to ensure that the philosophy of my clients is reflected in the new products.
You can benefit from my extensive experience in the field of high-quality consumer products. I pay close attention to the needs of my clients from the design brief stage of a product through to its market introduction." — Kerstin Nolte
Born in Itzehoe, Germany, Kerstin Nolte started her career as a goldsmith in Hamburg. After a few years of working on her craft, she began studying Industrial Design in Berlin and Braunschweig. Kerstin Nolte is a self-described customer-oriented artist. Rather than fight for her own personal vision, Nolte likes to collaborate with her clients. This teamwork is her source of inspiration. Because of her devotion to creating functional products, Nolte's creations have a timeless appeal that keep them stylish year after year. From silverware to pens to beds, Nolte's diverse portfolio showcases her talent as an artist willing to push her creative limits. It also illustrates Nolte's devotion to her clients. "The client's philosophy becomes the focus of my creative energies since he or she wants to see this reflected in the finished products."
