Mayte Matutes & Lourdes Humet have been associates under the name Estudi Pam 2, since 1970 in Barcelona. Their work focuses on interior design, working on restoration and building projects at national and international levels. With rational and functional criteria and great interest in the use of materials, their work is shown in housing, hotels, offices and shops.

The necessities presented in interior design lead them to design furniture and accessories for their own projects. Some of them have come to be mass-produced. Moreover, they have made textile designs for towels, fabrics, patterns and knitwear. One of their most iconic projects, the Sabossababosa, designed in 1971 and produced by Módulo Muebles, won an AdiFAD Delta Awards selection in 1972.
