Designers Davide Carlesi and Gian Luca Tonelli were born in Italy in the 1970's and followed different paths. They started working in industrial design at the end of the 1990's, participating in exhibits and workshops with works created by companies with a long artisan history. These initial works had a great deal of visibility in Italy and abroad, with reviews in important journals in the field. Since then they have collaborated with various companies, including Snaidero, Midj, Andrea Fontebasso, DOMITALIA, Dinova and Assouline. Their brand AREA44 is the fruit of the common desire to offer a rigorous, thoughtful and passionate design, a search for what is essential, where man always remains at the center of attention.View other products by Area 44
