Beautiful but better off than on
By: Marina, Homeowner (Miami, Florida)
This light is beautiful, simple, creative... But il looks better off than on. When on the light goes to the ceiling instead of lighting the space. My husband wants to take it down... It shows defects on the concrete ceiling that we have never seen before. I still like it, but again... It is better of than on... Problem is that are not many beautiful simple white creative ceiling lamps... We already have the beautiful Veli ceiling on the entry hall.
Designer: Enrico Franzolini
Enrico Franzolini began his career as an artist and his work was known for its expression of sculptural elegance and an aesthetic refinement. He exhibited work at the Venice Biennale, as well as other exhibitions and galleries in the 1970s and then turned to design and received a degree in architecture in 1979. Like Vico Magistretti and many other designers in Italy, Franzolini has been active across the spectrum of creative fields from fine art to architecture to the various arts of the craftsman.
