Elongated, thin and slender, Tress Stilo Floor Lamp is like an exclamation mark that "punctuates" modern living spaces with its bold aesthetic. Tress Stilo features a lacquered fiberglass base and shade of threads and resin shaped into a spiraling web cylinder. Interplay of full and negative space give the Tress collection its distinguished look while its elongated silhouette is ideal to personalize the corner of a room, the space between a sofa and an armchair or any other setting where a compact, yet visually strong lamp is required.

Designer: Marc Sadler
Born in France, he now lives and works in Italy as a Designer; specializing in plastic materials and their processing technologies. A graduate from E.N.S.A.D. in Paris and a recipient of the "Brook Stevens" award from the international design competition in 1967.
Between 1968 and 1974 as a apprenticeship in France, he began to work on industrial design projects for French companies in very different sectors.
In 1970, he joined the "France Design" group and continued to specialize in plastic products. He has designed products for the most wide-ranging sectors, demonstrating his ability to understand and assimilate various production technologies in response to the requests received.
After years spent dedicating most of his efforts to the sports and industrial sectors, his activity has branched out into furniture, including the technical-specialized segment, where he works with prominent companies. He is also active in the area of teaching, and holds conferences and workshops at design schools and universities in Italy and abroad.

The cornerstone of Foscarini is research into forms and materials. Established in 1981 in Venice, Foscarini started out by exploring the opportunities offered by Murano glass. Over the years, the range of materials used has expanded to include glass, polyethylene, wood and aluminum, as well as patented materials such as an exclusive textured glass and Kevlar (R) or carbon fiber composite.
