Gaia & Gino
Gaia&Gino has distinguished itself with quirky, inventive and story-telling products. The company has earned a reputation as one of the international design scene's most promising young brands. Besides the company's commitment to excellent design, to integrating fresh concepts into everyday home life, and to creating eye-catching objects within a traditional context, it has also cultivated successful partnerships with some of the world's foremost designers.
Gaia&Gino is named after founder Gaye Cevikel's nickname and her dog Gino. This distinctive luxury brand was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. Founder Cevikel combines her creative, strategic mind with the talents of designers to produce the outstanding Gaia&Gino collections. The line combines contemporary design with a Turkish sensibility by asking design luminaries to incorporate traditional forms and patterns into innovative objects. The choice of designer is essential as their language must be in line with the company's identity: dynamic, organic, emotional, multi- disciplinary, and multi-cultural. The result is magical design elements and room accents, ideal for decorating, gift giving and collecting.
