Puzzle is an executive toy/Chinese puzzle or paper weight. This handheld masterpiece (and knock out gift) is created by making repeated linear cuts into a cube of glass. Inside the glass blocks, there is a single Swarovski crystal - visible through the perfectly clear glass when the cube is fully intact - that further reveals itself as the user take the pieces apart.

Oki Sato, founder of Nendo, was born in Toronto, Canada in 1977. He received an M.A. in Architecture from Waseda University, Tokyo in 2002 and established the Nendo Tokyo office. In 2005, Sato established the Nendo Milan office. He was named one of "The 100 Most Respected Japanese" by Newsweek magazine and Nendo was named one of "The Top 100 Small Japanese Companies", also by Newsweek magazine.

Oki Sato has lectured at numerous institutions and he has served as a jury member of the iF award. Nendo's designs have been selected for numerous museum collections, including: Museum of Modern Art (New York), Musée Des Arts Décoratifs (Paris), Museum of Arts and Design (New York), Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum (New York), Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (Montreal), Design Museum Holon (Holon), Israel Museum (Jerusalem), High Museum of Art (Atlanta), Victoria and Albert Museum (London) and Centre Pompidou (Paris).
