Sandra Figuerola

Artist, designer, and entrepreneur; Sandra Figuerola has made a name for herself since her entry into the design world in 1984. After studying Fine Arts at the San Carlos Art School in Valencia, she co-founded La Nave design studio, a distinctive concept on the national Valencia design scene. After La Nave design studio disbanded in 1991, she started working in various areas ranging from graphic design, editorial design, corporate identity and industrial and textile design, collaborating with both Spanish and international companies. Her work has been published in magazines and books about design and she has taken part in many exhibitions, including: Perspectives of Spanish Design, Design Museum, London (1990). 20 Dissenyadors Valencians, IVAM (1994). Diseño Industrial en España, Reina Sofía National Museum and Art Centre (1998). Contemporánea, Espai d'Art Contemporani de Catellón. (1999).
