With C2 Climate Control, being warm has never been so cool, and being cool has never been so easy. C2 Climate Control lets you manage the temperature near you and create your own personal comfort zone - no matter how the home thermostat is set. Simply plug it in and choose your heating or cooling setting. It's easy to use, move and adjust, and it's very energy efficient. C2 filters the air around you too. This freestanding climate control has a fan-speed switch, 4-hour timer, 10-foot cord, and on/off switch. It is powered by 110 VAC and uses less than 1.5 amps of AC current. Available in a white finish.

The C2™ Climate Control features thermal electric technology and human-centered, friendly design for user control. Proven in automotive seating, this advanced technology provides both heating and cooling in a single unit and plugs into 110-volt AC. Just place the unit 12-18" from you on a table or desk and turn it on. Change temperature or fan speed with just a light touch.

C2 is not a space heater. There are no exposed heating coils, chemicals, or harmful emissions. It is safe to run continuously - a timer shuts the unit off after four hours. And C2 intercepts particles as small as five microns, like pollen, dust, and pet dander. Its filtration system is 80-90% better than a typical home furnace. The filter is reusable after cleaning.

C2 uses less than 1.5 amps of AC current, which is approximately 90% less energy than a typical space heater. This item was developed according to Herman Miller's demanding protocol for minimal environmental impact.
