Beautiful Chair and OttomanI custom ordered the Eames chair and ottoman in navy blue leather - it is gorgeous. I don't think I've ever sat in a more comfortable chair. The perfect chair!The product itself is perfect. It arrived within the timeframe given and was exactly what we ordered. My only complaint is that I was not notified when the item shipped as I was told I would be. I only figured it out because my credit card had been charged so I called the company to get shipping information. Also, the shipper drops the box at the curb. Their service does not include bringing it into your home or even to your front door. Our delivery driver was great and helped us carry the gigantic box to our front door. He was very helpful but this is not normally included. I also did not see any option to upgrade to this service when I purchased the item. When purchasing a large piece of furniture that does not include delivery to your front door, the customer should be told so that they can be prepared with a furniture dolly. Great ValueI just got this and took advantage of the semi-annual sale - great deal! It will last forever, and is a classic and comfortable design. You will not regret the investment. I highly recommend you take advantage of the free swatches here. I opted for the Cocoa leather which is a very dark brown almost black.
