 Love the item, but it 3 of the 4 chairs came damaged.The chairs are great but 3 of the 4 we ordered came with broken glides. We emailed yLiving minutes after we noticed the damage, and 10 days later, are still waiting to receive parts from HM. High quality re-issue Eames chair comes with certificate of authenticity!I already have an affinity for these style chairs. I was thrilled to see there were more colors added to the selection recently. YLiving did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my order. The chair came nicely packaged and with a certificate of authenticity. In the past I've purchased Eames re-issues and did not get the certificate, so from now on I will be purchasing through YLiving. These chairs are so comfortable, we have ended up replacing office chairs with these more stylish Eames chairs. I am very conscious of spending my money wisely, and I know cheaper replicas of these chairs exist.
