Featuring advanced LED technology, the Element Task Light combines sleek design with unmatched lighting performance. Using only six watts to produce incandescent lighting levels, the Element Task Light boasts a 60,000-hour lifespan, allowing 30 years of daily use in a typical 9-to-5 office environment.
With a single light source, the Element Task Light creates a single shadow while producing a large footprint of bright light. Replaceable LED assembly makes in-field repairs easy and precision counterbalance design facilitates easy repositioning without friction knobs. The Element Task Light includes 135° front-to-back head tilt and 90° side-to-side head rotation for exceptional lighting flexibility.
Optional universal power supply and interchangeable plug options enable compatibility anywhere in the world. Constructed primarily of eco-friendly aluminum and plastic, the Element Task Light is available in white with silver accents or silver with white accents.
The Element Task Light contains up to 81% recycled content. It is also 99% recyclable, ships in 70% recycled packaging, and can contribute to the achievement of a number of LEED-CI, -NC and -EB credits.

Humanscale took the contract furniture industry by storm with the introduction of the Freedom Chair in 1999. Designed by ergonomics pioneer, Niels Diffrient, the Freedom Chair broke new ground by combining functionality with minimal manual controls and utilizing mechanisms that respond to the requirements of each end user automatically. The Freedom Chair solidified Humanscale's reputation and has remained at the top of the industry for over ten years.
In wake of the Freedom Chair's success, Humanscale has introduced an entire line of ergonomic seating including the Liberty Chair and Diffrient Chair. Humanscale's seating solutions have become so notable they have gained attention from Hollywood, gracing the sets of hit television shows and films.
