The Tools Ceramic Cookware collection features a ceramic coating capable of being heated to very high temperatures, but requires little heat to brown food rapidly. For quick-cooked stir fries and browning, the Tools Ceramic Wok couldn't be more well suited to the job.
Notes: Hand wash. Suitable for Gas, Electric, Ceramic and Induction ranges. Metal utensils can be used on ceramic coatings. However cutting, denting, and sharp items may damage the surface. Best results are achieved by using a small amount of grease when using a pan with ceramic coating. A mixture of butter and sunflower oil has proved the best. Cold-pressed oils are not suitable for frying. And ordinary grapeseed oil is also not ideal for ceramic coatings.

Dahlström works in Stockholm and has over the years established himself internationally. Love Wok Cooking
I have the series of Hackman items that this wok originated, and was pleased to see that such an item was made by them to coordinate with their other cooking utensils.
This wok is oversized so it can accommodate plenty of food for fast and easy cooking.
Teflon type coating to its inner surface allows for minimal use of oil if so desired, making for healthier and great diet related dishes.
Somewhat expensive...but if you want a durable, practical, and great cooking utensil made by one of the leading manufacturers, consider this wok for practical and healthy home cooking.
Herman Miller's 3D Intelligent back material is a seating technology designed for the SAYL™ Chair. The 3-dimensional mesh-like suspension material is stretched from the Y-Tower at the back of the chair just as cables are stretched from the towers of a suspension bridge. The tension is greater in the transition areas, from the thoracic to the lumbar regions and between the lumbar area and sacrum. "Hinge points" allow these areas to flex and support the healthy, forward rotation of the pelvis. At the same time, less tension in other parts of the back encourages a full range of seated movement.
