Alvar Aalto's glasswork shapes, found here in the form of a wide decorative Bowl/Tray, are ideal decorative and gift-giving elements. Hand-crafted by iittala, the glass is high quality, special glass, which is optically very bright. It endures chemical and mechanical wear well.

(1898-1976) Born in Kuortane, Finland. Thanks to his original style and unique talents, Alvar Aalto is one of the greatest names in modern architecture and design. His furniture and lamps, often starting out as a part of the buildings he designed, are produced together with Finnish Artek.
