Panamericana ChairPrice: $265.00
By Industry of All Nations.
Inspired by traditional folding chairs found across the Americas, Industry of All Nations presents the Panamericana Chair. From a tiny seat formed of whole branches in El Salvador, to the bulky tropical hardwood version of Belize, or the pine variety used by gauchos in the Argentinean Pampas, each nation seems to have their own take on this compact chair. Conceived by the IOAN™ design team and named after the Pan-American Highway, the Panamericana Chair is the sleek, modern interpretation of these portable chairs. Created from durable plantation teak and stainless steel hardware, this chair is perfectly suited for indoor or outdoor use. The compact, folding design requires minimum storage space when not in use. Like its namesake, the Panamericana Chair design allows you to move freely and easily from place to place.
The Panamericana Chair is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Teak requires cleaning from time to time, depending upon environmental conditions. Regular cleaning (at least twice a year) of surface dirt, environmental buildup, and everyday use will ensure a longer life of the product. Made in Indonesia.

Industry of All Nations: Transforming Traditional Techniques and Designs for the Modern Home
In 2010, three brothers with a desire to rethink the methods of consumer goods production, founded the Los Angeles-based 'Industry of All Nations'. Working in collaboration with local communities worldwide, IOAN™ strives to create basic goods in their indigenous environments. Seeking beautiful, unique products or techniques, IOAN™ transforms traditional designs with the modern world in mind, while maintaining the heart of their inspirations. The design of the company's Panamericana Chair and Lounger, for example, draws upon traditionally crafted chairs from El Salvador, Belize and Argentina. The resulting chairs are durable, portable and crafted in enduring materials relevant to today's modern spaces. It is projects such as these that speak to IOAN™'s overreaching mission to represent the community Planet Earth, combining environmental and social awareness while promoting fair trade and open borders.View other products from Industry of All Nations
