Inhabit's Hive Wall Flats™ are a unique way to add architectural interest to your home, and help disguise existing wallpaper or paneled wall. The embossed, three-dimensional wall-covering is environmentally friendly and lightweight. Molded from Bagasse Pulp (a 100% pre-consumer sugarcane waste), Hive Wall Flats™ are durable, sustainable and biodegradable, made without chemical filler or additives. Hive Wall Flats™ are easy to install and can be trimmed and painted. A PDF Instruction Manual is available for download (see 'Specifications').
Wall Flats™ are available in off-white and are sold by the box only. Each box contains ten tiles that will cover 22.5 square feet.

Inhabit Wall Flats

I recently purchased the Hive Wall Flats and I love the way they have transformed my family room. My husband thought I was installing traditional, regular ole boring wallpaper. He was a little confused when he saw the tiles and was wondering WHO was going to install them..lol. I hired a contractor only because I have high ceilings. The contractor was amazed with the look of the finished accent wall. And is going to feature my room on his website.

Inhabit Wall Flats are fabulous!

I purchased to wall flats as an alternative to traditinal wallpaper. You will not believe the difference they have made in my family room (I wish I could post a pic of my FR). The ceiling in my open air family room looks higher, the room now has texture, a modern flare (not contemporary), and much class. I hired someone to install them only because my ceilings were so high. But, installation is simple, and the tiles are light weight. Just be aware that you will have to do alot of finish work once they are on the wall. The tiles aren't quite "square", and hence, leave a slight gap between tiles. I'm somewhat of a perfectionist, and so these gaps WILL be filled in. In a nutshell.....I LOVE these wall flats. I haven't seen them in anyone's house - I'm a trendsetter!!! My contractor is totally amazed with the look of the tiles and is goin got feature my room on his website.
