Brilliant and versatile, Flip is an extremely adaptable unit of chrome steel and PMMA trays which have a lenticular contour and can be used independently from each other for ultimate functionality. Need a trolley for cocktails or a buffet? Flip is there. Need a presentation unit for the office? Flip is there. Need a side table or storage unit? Flip is there. And when Flip's services are not needed, it folds to just 4" depth for easy storage. Available in multiple opaque or transparent colors.
Kartell plastics are recyclable, and plastic components of Kartell products have a clearly printed universal Recycling Identification Mark.

Designer: Antonio Citterio
Antonio Citterio was born in Meda in 1950. He graduated in architecture from the Politecnico of Milan. Since 1972 he has worked in the field of industrial design as a designer and consultant. He works with many manufacturers such as Ansorg, Arclinea, B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Hackman, Inda, Kartell, Tre-P&Tre-Piu, Valli & Valli and Vitra. In 1999 he became art director for Brionvega.
In 1981 he began working on architecture and interiors, establishing a multi-disciplinary architecture and design studio with experience ranging from architecture to corporate design, comprising total creative directing for a mixed range of international clients.
Antonio Citterio received the Golden Compass Award in 1987 and 1995. He lives and works in Milan.

Born in Paris, 1969.
Toan Nguyen graduated with honors in Industrial Design at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, Paris, in 1995. In 1998, after professional experiences in several design offices in Paris, Barcelona and Milan, he began his collaboration with Antonio Citterio. Since 2000, he managed the design department of Antonio Citterio, becoming design partner in 2004 and working with international companies such as: Alfa Romeo, Arclinea, Artemide, ATM, Aubrilam, Axor-Hansgrohe, B&B Italia, Brionvega, Flos, Fusital, Guzzini, Iittala, JCDecaux, Kartell, Metalco, Simon Urmet, Skantherm, Technogym, Urmet Domus, Valli&Valli, Vitra, Wall, Zegna Sport. Toan Nguyen has been design assistant professor at the Domus Academy-Milan (2000) and the Mendrisio Architecture Academy-Switzerland (2000-2001) and jury member for the IF product design award 2009 in Hannover. In 2008, Toan Nguyen launched  his own design office based in Milan, with a branch office in Paris, collaborating with leading international companies based in Italy, the United States, Germany and Spain.
