Charles Ghost is a transparent monobloc in polycarbonate, which makes it indestructible and allows it to be used everywhere. The contemporary stool is available in two different heights. A Practical Work of Art
This beautiful stool is in our bathroom where, having broken my foot, I can sit on it to apply makeup. Its transparency also makes it perfect for the small room. Even if it were not so practical, it is a piece of art.

We purchased 2 smoke-colored Charles Ghost Stools for our apartment -- they definitely match the sleek, stainless decor we are going for. They are sturdy, comfortable, and very practical -- be careful when you order though, so that you order the right height!!! Highly recommended.
Herman Miller's 3D Intelligent back material is a seating technology designed for the SAYL™ Chair. The 3-dimensional mesh-like suspension material is stretched from the Y-Tower at the back of the chair just as cables are stretched from the towers of a suspension bridge. The tension is greater in the transition areas, from the thoracic to the lumbar regions and between the lumbar area and sacrum. "Hinge points" allow these areas to flex and support the healthy, forward rotation of the pelvis. At the same time, less tension in other parts of the back encourages a full range of seated movement.
