Design by Linteloo Lab, 2011.
The Giovanni Collection was designed for the active lifestyle, while cutting no corners in aesthetics or comfort. The Giovanni Bench is a versatile piece that ties a room together in more ways than one. Featuring the same plush cushions and firm arm rests as Giovanni's Armchair and Sectional pieces, the Bench functions as a backless sofa or an ottoman. Whether centrally positioned in the middle of room, centered beneath a window, or lining an entryway, the Giovanni Bench provides a sophisticated modern aesthetic while meeting all your seating needs.
Giovanni features a metal frame with webbing, covered with polyurethane of different densities. This is covered with a polyester layer and upholstered. Seat cushions are filled with hypoallergenic polyurethane covered with polyester, then upholstered with removable and reversible fabric covers, or fixed leather upholstery. Sofa legs are finished in nickel.

Linteloo, the successful furniture brand founded by Jan te Lintelo, has its own team of designers. Linteloo Lab explores, moves and watches the borders that characterize the brand. The dedicated design team repeatedly succeeds in adding new dimensions to the typical Linteloo style in which straightforward lines merge with a warm cosiness.
Linteloo: Feel-Good Designs for Easy Modern Living.
Linteloo was established in The Netherlands in 1993 by Jan te Lintelo.
Born into a family of furniture retailers, Jan's parents started a business, te Lintelo Wonen, which became one of the most successful stores in the region with leading international furniture collections. In his spare time Jan helped his parents in the shop, appreciating the craftsmanship of furniture making at a young age. He attended college in Rotterdam and soon started his career with cabinetmaker Pastoe in Utrecht. After several years with Pastoe and later Gelderland he decided to start his own company, Linteloo.
Linteloo was a departure from the popular Dutch Design influences of the nineties, starting a new concept with a feel-good factor that is now a famous element of Linteloo designs. Today Linteloo is a leading furniture brand with showrooms in Zeist (The Netherlands), Cologne (Germany) and Milan (Italy). Continuing to expand their reach, Linteloo now delivers comfortable designs for easy living all across the globe.
