Made in the U.S.A. by Loll Designs.
Drawing inspiration from the 1940's ubiquitous "motel" chair, Pliny the Lounger is a modern twist on a well-known classic with the same "bounce" back effect. Accompany Pliny the Lounger with the Pliny Ottoman for a completed look. Loll with Sielaff Corporation uses sustainable materials and introduces the stainless steel frame into the family. The 1" tubular frame has no open ends and is a one-piece construction that is combined with a poly seat and back.
Pliny the Lounger is a recipient of a Good Design Award, awarded by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
