    Eco Friendly

Eco Friendly items utilize energy efficient technology or sustainable manufacturing processes to provide a product that saves operating costs while being a more responsible environmental choice.

Eco Friendly products include Compact Fluorescent light bulbs, LED light bulbs, and items that utilize sustainable materials such as bamboo or use post consumer recycled content.

Design by Alfredo Haberli, 2001.
By Luceplan.

The Carrara Floor Lamp has a single plastic and sculptural block for indirect light. Neutral and "invisible", as if made of porcelain, Carrara presents itself as the new single-material Luminator. In public reception rooms, but also at home, the Carrara Floor Lamp is an elegant but optically unobtrusive presence.

Carrara produces a high brightness with very low energy consumption (6,400 lumen output with a consumption below 100W), thanks to its state-of-the-art compact fluorescent bulbs. The brightness produced by Carrara is diffused by a protective tempered glass.

Alfredo Haberli

Alfredo Häberli was born in 1964 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied industrial design in Switzerland. Today, he is a well-known international designer based in Zurich. In his designs, Häberli successfully combines tradition and renewal. There is joy and energy in his designs.

The human being is the starting point of Häberli's design process. His objects and structures are designed to be used. He is unprejudiced and inventive in his observation of the actual situation in which an object is used and does not create form for the sake of it.

Based on his insights, Häberli designs changes to the archetypes of objects that have developed through the times, which makes the everyday objects around people fit this time and the situation they are used in precisely.
