The pillow is absolutely lovely. Beautiful constructed, and the fabric has such a nice feel. It's the perfect size, too - neither too large nor too small. I'm extremely happy with the quality and look. Definitely recommended!

To the eye and to the touch this pillow is gorgeous! The color palate is one that merges so well with so many different items in a room. Finding this pillow has become an unexpected and fun addition to our living room. I'm so thrilled with it and know it will remain a desirable object in our home for many years.
Designer: Alexander Girard
Born in New York City and raised in Florence, Italy, Girard was educated in Europe as an architect. Returning to the United States in 1932, his designs defined a new kind of "opulent modernism," a look that became synonymous with 1960's America. His pioneering work in fabric design as well as his innovative commercial and residential interiors, captivated the public with their theatricality. Girard described himself as "a reasonable and sane functionalist, tempered by irrational frivolity."View other products by Alexander Girard
