The Zebra Twin Trivet Set is a two-piece trivet in a swirling, interlocked pattern of white and black cast aluminum. The Zebra Twin Trivet is comprised of one half in solid black and the other half of the set in solid white. Use the trivet as one piece, or break the Zebra Twin Trivet apart to be used under larger serving dishes, or at opposite ends of the table. Available in Black/White cast aluminum.
The Zebra Twin Trivet Set by Mint Inc. is two halves of a whole. Use together or break apart and get double the serving area. Available in Black/White cast aluminum. A Scott Henderson design.

Scott Henderson is an American designer who heads the New York based design studio Scott Henderson Inc. and is also Principal and Co-Founder of Mint Inc. where he designs, manufactures and distributes home accessory objects to over 250 retailers and museums throughout the world including The Museum of Modern Art and Design Within Reach.
Scott Henderson is known for his ability to transform the mundane. He believes that if something makes you smile it becomes easier to use. With over 50 patents in the U.S. and Europe for projects as diverse as housewares and home accessories to consumer medical products, electronics, even aircraft - his work has been widely recognized in exhibitions, awards programs and in the press. For Scott, design is not a discussion of form versus function; it's about thinking and the quality of the big idea. Scott Henderson's work is included in the permanent collections of The Brooklyn Museum, the Chicago Athenaeum and Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum/Smithsonian Institution.

Mint Inc is a design collective founded by Alberto Mantilla, Anthony Baxter and Scott Henderson. Mint was formed simply to create an outlet for creative ideas that are generated by the three founding designers in the course of their professional careers when a client commission may not be present.
The Mint name was chosen because "mint" connotes freshness as in the literal sense of the mint plant, but also because it has industrial meanings, as in the place or source of manufacture and invention. Mint is "Refreshing".
