Chelsea Bed

Beautiful, modern, LOVE!

We ordered this bed for our master bedroom in the 1930's art deco home we just bought. We're delighted with it! Very modern and clean-lined, and goes well with our mid-century furniture and accents. The leather is bright white and beautiful; the chrome is polished, shiny and sturdy. We had no problems with shipping, delivery or notification. We received a call from the shipping company before the bed arrived to schedule a 2-hour window for delivery. Delivery was curbside and professional. One box was rather beat-up from the shipping process, and the delivery man opened the box with me to carefully inspect its contents before he left. The bed was so well-packed that even an extremely damaged box did not result in any damage to the product. Hooray! After purchasing, however, we did realize that our standard mattress with pillow-top really is too tall for the bed--the lovely headboard is covered in mattress! So our next purchase will be a mattress suited for a low platform bed.

the bed has a moderne design look

the bed will serve its purpose as a sophisticated contemporary look for my grandchildrens' bedroom. it has a leather split headboard with chrome sides and gives a cool design look. the process was terrible though. could not get any information on the shipping and when it was coming and it was much later than estimated. it also arrived without notification. [they did not have my cell phone number!!} the delivery men though were terrific though and very competent and nicely mannered
