Graduate from Danish School of Design, Copenhagen, and Royal College of Art and Design, London. Marianne Britt Jorgensen works and lives in Copenhagen where she runs her own design lab.

"The world is already full of products. I would like my designs to make a difference. The designs have to be complete and make the users pleased. That is why a can opener has to be both functional and easy to find in the drawer."

Designer: Rikke Hagen

Rikke Hagen graduated from the Danish School of Design in 1998. She runs her own workshop in North Sealand, the Hagenglas workshop.

"My vision is to create design for every day life — preferably through a glance of simplicity and play. Good design is when a product is delivered and done. It must be in a way that you would not want it any different. It's the detail that makes the difference."
