I love the product!
I adored the baltic rocking horse I purchased for my upcoming grandson. Everyone at his baby shower loved it as well. My only problem when I received the horse, was two of the wooden spokes at the rear of the chair were dented because of the way you packaged the product. There should have been more plastic bubbles around the spokes to prevent the denting or arrange the parts differently to avoid the problem. There was no time to exchange the horse because I wanted to give it as a shower gift to my daughter.

Herman Miller's 3D Intelligent back material is a seating technology designed for the SAYL™ Chair. The 3-dimensional mesh-like suspension material is stretched from the Y-Tower at the back of the chair just as cables are stretched from the towers of a suspension bridge. The tension is greater in the transition areas, from the thoracic to the lumbar regions and between the lumbar area and sacrum. "Hinge points" allow these areas to flex and support the healthy, forward rotation of the pelvis. At the same time, less tension in other parts of the back encourages a full range of seated movement.
Y-Tower
Y-Tower is the primary support structure of Herman Miller's SAYL™ Chair. The Y-Tower retains tension, replacing the traditional frame of task chairs. It works like the towers from which a bridge is suspended and combines with a 3D Intelligent suspension material to provide frameless back support that hugs the user's back from resting through reclining, forward leaning and twisting motions.
