The City Coat Rack is an everyday homage to your favorite metropolis. The laser-etched silhouette of landmarks and architecture is functional to hang in a hallway and sophisticated enough to display in a more prominent area of the house. With nineteen fixed hooks, the wall-mounted City Coat Rack is a great way to display a collection of jackets or simply stand alone. The City Coat Rack is available in the skylines of Paris, London, Berlin (shown at left), Stuttgart, New York, Los Angeles and Milan. Available in black only.

Impossible to install

It's cute and functional, but it's impossible to attach the landscape to the rack. The landscape must be turned so that you have barely an inch to reach behind the landscape and somehow manage to reach six inches or so down to place a tiny plastic dowel in a tiny hole. The piece that you're supposed to use to anchor the dowel doesn't stay on. I had to go to the hardware store to buy tiny screws that I was able to fit through the holes and then secure. I can't imagine that the company has actually installed one itself. By the way, when I tried to go to the company website, my malware software wouldn't let me, saying that the site was potentially malicious!

Beautiful! Exactly what I wanted

This coat rack is perfect for me!!! It's detail work in the skyline is fantastic and the thing is just flatout well made. As another reviewer said: the hooks are not long so don't plan on hanging a winter coat by the collar but for my needs, it's great. I will buy a few more for decoration/utility. Highly recommended!

This is a nice statement piece. It gets higher marks for its design than its functionality due to smallish hooks but it is easy to just use two hooks per coat.

i have yet to actually mount this, mostly because i'm not the most adept in such matters. however, i love the streamlined look. it's both aesthetically pleasing and functional. i can't wait to start using it.

i haven't hung it up yet but I'm quite impressed by the quality of this product. It's sturdier than I expected and very cool. The silhouette is offset from the wall a little bit to give some depth to the image. We live in NYC but if we move away, it will be nice to always have a reminder of home.
