Ole Palsby has designed Rosendahl's storage jars. The underlying concept was to give the jars a timeless look. The stoppers have the simple, arched handle that is so characteristic of many of Ole Palsby's designs. The shape portrays the function; the stopper is removed by a simple vertical movement.

I liked the Opus Storage Jars, however I thought the openings were really small, you definitly need the funnel to put flour in. I wish I had ordered the extra large Jar for things like flour they definitly look smaller in person.

Too Small
These are beautiful glass storage jars, but they are way too small. They are fine for storing something little, but I would love to see some that are two or three sizes larger than the largest one.

Most attractive Storage Jars I have ever found!
These Storage Jars are definately the BEST looking I have ever seen. They just look beautiful on a shelf full of dried berries, nuts, flax and even plain old sugar.
I even have a couple of the smaller ones in the Bathroom with flossers and cotton balls and q-tips. keepsa the stuff you need close by and still looks good.
My only suggestion would be a to have giant jar with a wider mouth, so that you could use it for flour and brown sugar (the top is a bit narrow you cannot stick a measuring cup inside to scoop brown sugar and brown sugar doesn't pour easily).
And the largest Jar (1.5liter) will not fit 5# of Flour, you would need a much larger container.
I definately recommend them, and suggest you get the Opus Funnel too, make filling the jars a breeze.
