Simple, functional and beautiful.

This is the prefect fruit holder, it looks as good holding a few as it does when filled to capacity.

Designer: Gijs Bakker

Gijs Bakker was trained as a jewelry and industrial designer at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and the Konstfack Skolen in Stockholm, Sweden. He started his career at Koninklijke Van Kempen & Begeer in the sixties, and now works for numerous companies. In 1993, Gijs Bakker founded Droog Design together with Renny Ramakers. He has also taught at various schools for more than 40 years.
