Bolla Pop Shelving allows you to configure space with color and geometric form. Bolla Pop shelving is an amazing combination of geometry and physics. Inner panels coil in and the natural compressive force holds the shelving system together without a single tool. Bolla Pop Shelving packs flat for shipping, very light weight and it can be assembled in minutes.
Bolla 8 is made of ultra-thin, hi-impact flexible tubes, wood composite panels with GREENGUARD certified laminate and lightweight powder-coated metal shelving. Scale 1:1 uses GREENGUARD laminate, certified by the GREENGUARD Children & Schools SM Certification Program, that contributes to good indoor air quality, helping to limit chemical exposure and improve health.
Bolla 8 can be customized with a choice of two glass top configurations: a solid top that rests on the top of the tubes, or a slotted top that has laser cut slits that fit over the top of the tubes. Bolla 8 comes standard with eight shelf inserts. Glass top and extra shelf inserts (sold in sets of two) are available as optional upgrades.

As the principal designer of projects from sustainable, highly efficient workplaces, dynamic retail experiences, and engaging public furniture installations, David Winston leads his team in creating powerful design environments that effectively distinguish brands and define consumer experience. His gifted multidisciplinary design team offer services including interior retail concepts, architectural design, visual merchandising, brand environments, fixture and furniture design, graphic design and project management. David holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University (GSAPP) and a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD). He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a visiting critic at Columbia University and at Parsons The New School for Design.
