Jean Rectangular Dining TablesPrice: $1,701.00-$4,137.00
Design by Studio Sovet, 1988.
A minimal silhouette defines the style of the Jean Rectangular Dining Tables. Four triangular aluminum legs topped with steel plates support a smooth glass top. Jean's simple designs allows for maximum customization. For the table legs, select from anodized aluminum, lacquer finishes or wood veneer finishes. The glass top options provide a broad range of colors and glass types. When selecting clear glasses, the steel plates are visible through the table top. In the colored glass versions, the steel plates only show where the legs and glass meet. The Jean Rectangular Dining Tables are a versatile solution for today's modern dining rooms.
Clear and Extralight glass are distinguishable by the glass edge color. Traditional clear features a green tinted edge. Extralight glass is more transparent than traditional clear glass and features a clear blue tinted edge.
Lacquered glass is durable and easily cleaned. To maintain the beauty of your lacquered glass avoid scratching and bumping hard sharp objects against the finish. Clean using water only or water and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive materials, acids or harsh chemicals for they will damage the finish.

Sovet Italia: Leaders in Shaped Glass Contemporary Furniture
Sovet Italia was founded at the end of the 1980's when glass gained incredible traction as a viable material in the furniture market. At the time, innovative glass processing techniques began to pave the way for unique artistic expression in the material. Groundbreaking and functional furniture designs were made possible with a partnership of traditional glass shaping techniques and advanced technologies, allowing for durable glass furniture that was no longer constrained to limited use within traditional design.
A decade later, Sovet Italia confirmed itself as a leader in shaped contemporary glass furniture, having developed a full range of products that stood out for their originality of form, color and finishes. During the years to follow, the company tested new solutions for the use of bent glass and refined its own project culture. And in 2003, Sovet partnered with Altherr Lievore Molina's studio to develop its Divetro Collection: a true turning point for the company. The collection represents an ambitious research project with strong contents of formal and technologic innovation, marked by the chic minimalism of Altherr Lievore Molina’s studio.
Today, Sovet Italia continues to expand its offering beyond its origins in glass in order to satisfy the requirements of a broader, more demanding market. The company continues to advance its innovative techniques and designs with renowned designers around the world, constantly pushing the boundaries of glass form in the furniture industry.View other products from Sovet Italia
