The Water Carafe is a unique interpretation of how to serve water. The white porcelain carafe is designed to sit horizontally on the table, but the Water Carafe is designed in such a way that even when filled, the water will not spill out the opening. The Water Carafe will fit in with any type of decor, and is a perfect companion to the Water Glass by Thomas Eyck. No thick, chunky lines with the Water Carafe either, instead a carafe that is balanced and easy to pour from.

Aldo Bakker (1971) is active as an exhibition designer. He also designs furniture and small products for daily use. He has been working in his own studio since 1994 where he develops products on his own and for private clients. His treatment of materials is extremely refined, his style is minimal but elegant. His designs are made with the intent to optimize functionality. Aldo Bakker has been teaching at the Design Academy Eindhoven since 2002.
