The sleek iPAL® Portable Audio Laboratory® provides hours of cordless playback for your iPod/MP3 player with an environmentally-friendly rechargeable NiMH extended capacity battery which fully charges in about 3 hours.

iPAL features a large 5:1 ratio ultra-precise tuning dial for easy, accurate tuning, an auxiliary input to connect an iPod or other device, and a stereo headphone output. The highly acclaimed tuner features Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) which locks on to the center of the station for best reception and lowest distortion. AC charger/adapter included.

(1929-2002) Henry Kloss was a prominent audio engineer and businessman who helped advance high fidelity loudspeaker and radio receiver technology beginning in the 1950s. Kloss studied physics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was responsible for a number of innovations, including the acoustic suspension loudspeaker and the high fidelity cassette deck. In 2000, Kloss was one of the first inductees into the Consumer Electronics Association's Hall of Fame. Henry Kloss co-founded Tivoli Audio along with Tom DeVesto in 2000.
